Individual Counseling for Children, Adolescents and Adults-Offering short and long-term counseling to achieve your goals and improve your experience of daily living.
These 20-week groups focus on developing the core DBT skills of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Because these groups are primarily educational and skills based, it is highly recommended that the members be in individual therapy as well.
Anger Management Groups for Women -The program consists of an individual evaluation and assessment and 12 weekly 1 1/2 hour psycho-educational group sessions. The program helps participants to assess the impact of anger on their functioning; identify and manage their triggers; and to introduce different techniques that can be used to improve a person's capability to express anger assertively.
